Jr. Fair Royalty Applications are due to the OSU Extension office by Friday, July 24th, Interviews will be on Saturday, August 1st, and Crowning will be on Monday, September 7th at 5:00 PM in the Show Arena before the Carcass Contest.

The Drug Use Notification Form must be completed by all market and lactating livestock that are exhibited at the Morgan County Fair. See list below.
*All Poultry exhibitors wait to fill out this form until weigh in so you have your tag numbers*
- Ohio Revised Code 901-19-06
- DUNFs are required of the following species:
- Market: Steer, Beef, Dairy Beef Feeder, Hog, Lamb, Dairy Steer, Goat, Poultry (by pen), Rabbit (by pen)
- Lactating: Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goats
- Form must be completed by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025
- ODA has changed their requirements for who is required to fill out DUNF forms for fair. This year Dairy Beef Feeders and Feeder Calves will be required to fill out DUNF forms

Horse Materials
Required Horse Safety Training –EquiSTEP an Equine Safety, Training, and Education program is an annual requirement for all Ohio 4-H youth enrolled in a horse project. 4-H members will need to complete the training online through a Scarlet canvas course. Information about the online course is available here. The training must be completed by June 1, 2026
